I have updated my phone/mac/ipad/watch to OS26. Now, every time I receive a phone call (to my iPhone) my Mac Mini blasts some default ringtone. I have disabled notifications completely in the "Phone" and "FaceTime" sections of the #MacOS settings. I have disabled "Notifications from iPhone" as well. I was also able to reproduce this on my wife's Macbook Air.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution to silence the ringtone blasting in #Apple #MacOS #Tahoe?
I deleted my Twitter account shortly after it labeled NPR "state sponsored media" but I was too scared to delete Facebook as it was a big part of my life more than a decade ago. I think the boomers ruined Facebook first, but Zuck finished off the job. I deleted my Facebook and Instagram accounts today. What a relief.
