Some of you who like working in an office, but have a 90-minute commute to get there, would have a shorter and easier commute if the people who don't like working in that same office didn't have to.

Support remote work, even if you want to be on-site.

Although I would add that in some cases, the boss knows that the quality of the work is worse, but it's a feature, not a bug (see for example automated customer service that always dead ends).

Me: but the job postings says the role is REMOTE?

Recruiter: ohhh that means that there is *a* remote. It’s in the break room. You can use it to change channels. While you’re in the office. Five days a week.

Have you noticed that people are taking weekends seriously? I used to be able to get responses on weekends and now I barely do. It's the greatest development in the history of email and we should never go back.
