Heute vor 80 Jahren hat das NS-Regime kapituliert. Nach einem Weltkrieg mit 60 Mio Toten und dem Menschheitsverbrechen Shoa. Warum nach den Erfahrungen des 19. und 20. Jh noch irgendwer glauben kann, Nationalismus, Rassismus und Extremismus wären eine super Idee, wird mir immer unbegreiflich sein.

Zur Einordnung im Vergleich zu den 18,90€ DUS->Essen Hbf pro Strecke:

In #Graz bekommt man für 19,50€ eine Wochenkarte fürs lokale Netz. Um 64,70€ eine Monatskarte: https://www.holding-graz.at/de/mobilitaet/ticketinfos-graz-linien/

ÖBB Graz-Wien (ca. 2h) kostet ohne Ermäßigung 43,40€. Mit Sparschiene (Kontingent: muss man früh buchen) schon so ab 30€.

Mit der #ÖBB Vorteilscard (76€/Jahr) zahlt man ca. nur die Hälfte der regulären Ticketpreise, also 24,10€ für Graz->Wien.

Selbstredend bei der Rückfahrt (nochmal 18,90€ via #DB-Automaten) so gut wie alle Züge, die wir auf der Anzeigetafel gesehen haben mit tlw. beträchtlichen Verspätungen.

Wir nahmen einfach den erstbesten, der vorbeikam, der beim Flughafen DUS stehenblieb. Der Fahrplan ist in solchen Situationen offenbar sinnlos zu konsultieren.

Wann war das nochmal, dass die Deutsche Bahn international als Vorbild galt? 🤔
