‘Dueling Banjos’
A silly thing I painted 11 years ago and apparently haven’t posted here before

The physical therapy sessions start up tomorrow. They gave me homework from my first consultation session. I've been pretty much on top of it every day this week, and while it does feel like this will get me on the road to recovery, it could still be a while. We will see what the next month holds.

I'm really losing it not being able to get to the gym. Bright side though is it's giving me time to think about what I wanna do with my cycling again. Not the same though.

It's easy to make fun of people under 25 for making thrifting and gardening/farming and foraging into pop trends, but to paraphrase my niece:

"older clothes fit better, feel nicer, look cooler, are cheaper, and cost less.

"You can alter them, you can decorate them, you can get clout for finding extremely cool shit

"My friends and I don't understand why anyone would buy new clothes. Fast fashion is destroying the world, and everything it makes sucks."

So there. The kids are alright.

If SQL is pronounced "sequel" then surely DNS is pronounced "Dennis"?
Good morn… wait, I have breaking news! This just in: Tofu has obtained a frog toy!
You know when folks say "this morning it was snowing and windy. Two hours later it was 70F and sunny. Crazy <region they live in> weather as usual!" You ever notice how you've heard this exact same comment from people virtually everywhere in the USA? Ever think about how there's probably something else going on?
