NancyWallaceGASerious cooks have ways of keeping their spices organized. I had a spice rack built on my pantry door, and they're alphabetized top to bottom. The jars have easy to read labels with a world map on the cap that highlights the area where the spice is most prevalently used. When I immersed myself in international cooking a few decades ago, I felt this was the best way to keep my spices straight.
