This weekend is the first official running event in my stem cell outfit.
I’m running Exmouth pie and pasty challenge, as many 5.3km laps in 7hrs (you get a pie at the end ☺️).
I’m aiming for a marathon distance (8 laps) in this - for Anthony Nolan charity.

Sunday = bread attempt day. I’m giving a white loaf another go. The most unforgiving of all the loaves.

The kind of morning that makes you glad you got up early.
A treeful of crows bothering as I jogged past. The hammering of woodpeckers drifting across the orchards. Sun just coming up pink and gold over icy, misty fields.
It was beautiful
(11.4km easy run. 5:55/km. 142m elevation)
