She’s out! But is she any good?
This one I used Allinson’s very strong white bread flour and Doves yeast. I needed a pestle and mortar because we only had big salt in the cupboard 🤷‍♀️. I’m sticking with following Gill Meller’s bread video until mine come out like his (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NTVWuw_SBSo)
