This weekend is the first official running event in my stem cell outfit.

I’m running Exmouth pie and pasty challenge, as many 5.3km laps in 7hrs (you get a pie at the end ☺️).
I’m aiming for a marathon distance (8 laps) in this - for Anthony Nolan charity.

I should’ve done this a long, long time ago, but I’ve deleted my Spotify account. Hosting the Tate brothers’ dangerous, hateful rhetoric, the likes of Joe Rogan, and pushing other shitty podcast content to me from grifters, with no option to say ‘stop pushing this shitty content at me’. No thanks 🤢

I’ve done it too late, I know. It should’ve been when music artists clearly said this is devaluing music, and at any of the other times Spotify did shitty things, but better late than never I guess
