I made an egg frittata with the pink oyster #mushrooms I’m growing in buckets. To answer @Broadfork’s question, the mushrooms haven’t covered the bucket yet. So far, they sprout in succession, in alternating holes—which is a good thing because that would be a lot of mushrooms to deal with all at once. I guess you could just dry them.
Anyway, the shrooms, green onions and rosemary came from our garden, which is a nice feeling. Added some smoked olive oil. Very gourmet! #GardenToTable #gardening

2 hours of work for this much #Dandelion honey. It basically tastes just like honey.
True fact: The Anglo-Saxons called it "piss-a-bed" because it can make you need to pee.
I can't eat honey myself "on account of the #gout " But this stuff doesn't have any of the same issues related to honey from bees.
The kids like it, and I'll eat it, so it's a winner.
Do this... it is worth it.
