We can’t forget our spirit of protest. The thing to do right now is double down on fixing the problems the capitalist machine won’t solve. Build for the least privileged among us. Build for old hardware, slow internet connections, disability, privacy, consent. Always remember that we can do things they can’t because we do this with genuine care for other people.

I’m starting to like this cute little #golang idiom to limit a number to a fixed range: `n := max(1, min(1000, someValue))`

I noticed that token extruders generate a much longer switch/case statement here 99% of the time. Luckily output tokens are free, right?

TIL about the Allium language https://juxt.github.io/allium/language

Their pitch smells like "don't learn to code", but rather learn to write a specification language that is Totally Not Code. Feed that to an LLM, and it will piss code that closely follows your spec.

It's very different from feeding code to a compiler, that will generate a binary that does what you described. Right?
