For years I knew there was something wrong with my elbows because they did not handle weight well - a hypermobility spectrum disorder would explain this.
Last week, a physical therapist confirmed that I have hypermobility in my elbows and knees. I had long known that my fingers and thumbs had this trait, but didn't realize until this month that this feature could be connected to pain and lethargy issues I've had for a long time.
I hope to explore this in 2024.
I went to Inglewood, California this week to see the final show of the Age of Pleasure tour by Janelle Monae, was 3-4 people from the stage, wore a purple Kellindo shirt.
I thoroughly enjoyed Dreamer Isioma, Nana Kwabena Tuffour, the surprise Jidenna(!) appearance, and of course, the ephemeral and uplifting Janelle Monae. I had thought Philly was the best show of my life, this was even better!
