If you see a product on Amazon you like if you scroll below the price it usually has an option for a used version of the item at a discount. Often they are brand new, just an open box return.

Yes, two I have used with great success is TABdigital and Librecloud. Both have very inexpensive plans and get the server up and running right away.

Yes, agreed 100%. Nextcloud is amazing.
I recommend everyone to use it. If you cant setup your own local instance I recommend Librecloud or TABDIGITAL for their very inexpensive hosting...
