We’re bringing Xogot, our styled version of Godot, to macOS.

Xogot for Mac brings a native Mac experience, Xcode-inspired project navigation, and easier deployment to Mac, iPhone, iPad, and the iOS Simulator without the usual friction.

Climate deniers celebrate that the IPCC worst case scenario has been declared unlikely and scream out loud that the apocalypse has been cancelled and that "climate change religion" has finally been exposed as fake.

Very good news this morning:

In a rare coordinated action, three #German parties (Greens, Left, Social Democrats) have declared they're leaving #X (formerly #Twitter).

This goes for their official party accounts as well as for the accounts of their respective parliamentary caucuses. They're also recommending their party members and MPs leave X.

All three parties have published a coordinated statement.

#Microsoft sent an email to everyone saying they're listening to people now and they will definitely not pushing AI to everything anymore.

Also Microsoft enabled #github to collect all your "inputs, outputs and associated context to train and improve AI models". This new tickbox is enabled by default, even if you explicitly disabled Copilot before.

Actions speak louder than words.

We use 32 million ha of land globally (ca. 1 Germany) to grow plants for biofuels. This equals 1.400 TWh per year, or 4% of our global energy consumption for transport.

If we'd use the same area for PV, we could produce 32.000 TWh per year, already considering the potential yield for the areas where we grow bio fuel plants.

For comparison: the entire world consumed 31.000 TWh of electricity in 2024.
