By default, the iPhone sends SMS messages that are longer than 160 characters as an MMS. While many plans include unlimited SMS texts, they normally charge for MMS messages.
To avoid such costs, head to the Settings-> Messages and disable "MMS Messaging"

= $0By me at Forbes: Google has confirmed some users have had files vanish from Drive (for desktop) and issued a fix. Which doesn’t seem to be working for some.
Tuta@gerowen @mysk @protonmail We do not use Google Push to protect your privacy and we do not show any details on iOS to not leak it to Apple. We do plan to enable encrypted notifications - we'd never just show any info without encryption!

We utilize end-to-end encryption for all of our notifications precisely because we do not trust Google, Apple, and the US government surveillance apparatus.
