Created a "Home Video" profile for Handbrake to transcode videos I record on our family outings and such to AV1/Opus, and this one really needed it because some of these original video files are huge, but realistically using a phone or a $100 Sony Handycam, the camera is going to limit quality more than whether I transcode it or not.
Using a RF quality setting of 25 and converting the audio to 160kbps Opus is really squashing them with no perceptible loss in quality.
