Unoxi continues to develop.

I'm currently working on creating different LOD versions of each region. As this is a contiguous metroidvania, I want the world to still feel cohesive from a distance, but not to tank anyone's PC.

Oh right @Njord insisted I tell you, fedi, about this button. It's a big orange button (AC remote for scale) that toggles an extension cord's power on/off when pushed

So far so boring right? Well it had been acting up a bit so we opened it up to change the battery and... no battery?

It apparently uses the mechanical force of pushing the button (it requires a bit of a push!) to trigger a piezoelectric charge which is apparently enough to send a wireless signal to the receiver

It is TOWER SALE season and there have been some REALLY GOOD ones happening in the REALM this year. The wizard in the tower on the on the other side of the valley was selling EXPIRED SPELL SCROLLS for 4 SILVER EACH. I don't normally buy EXPIRED SPELL SCROLLS because of the CASTING FAILURE CHANCE, but when they only cost 4 SILVER it is ANOTHER MATTER ENTIRELY. I also got a RUG I think will look VERY NICE in my STUDY.

you know what your problem is? you keep getting put into hypothetical situations by reading second person pronouns. like, take right now for example. all I had to do to bring you into this mess was drop a "you" here and there. grow a backbone! I myself have a thoughtform named "ewe" who is my stand-in whenever a piece of text tries to insert the reader. it's been in quite the pickle a number of times. always makes me laugh. *smacks you on the back encouragingly* now get out there and put up another barrier between the world and your true self. make me proud, my precious snail shell!
