It's the only home these kids have known and it has miraculously survived the aggression. Neveen's family has had a very hard month with new medical issues and has not been able to save up the $200 they need for rent. Her donations have been very low with only about $30 coming in the last 5 days.

This is a beautiful dish that Neveen cooked on her little wood-fired stove. Take a moment and think about what it would be like to go from cooking in your microwave or stove to cooking every meal from scratch by building a fire from materials like food wrappers and the remnants of your own furniture. If it's made of wood, it'll burn, varnish and all.
