I’m not trans. As far as I know, my kids aren’t at the moment. Nobody in my family is. None of my good friends are. I don’t prescribe medication for gender affirming care. I don’t specifically treat folks for gender dysphoria. So why do I give a fuck?

You don’t punch down. There’s no transgender machine producing trans judiciary and trans politicians and trans PACs to come for my cisgender. There are trans folks being discriminated against, outed, beaten, jailed, and killed. I hate bullies.

@mcnado my parents didn't used to understand or support trans folks, but when the politicians started targeting them more, they educated themselves and became allies because "I may not understand trans people, but I know a political scapegoat when I see one."

The new Doctor Who blurays being released are using low quality AI upscaling which is ruining the picture quality. There is already an ongoing petition for BBC to stop using these upscaling methods so that details in the frames do not get lost:
