First show with The Band of Supervisors is this Wednesday 10/11 at the Music Concourse Bandshell in Golden Gate Park. Special guests Ponies of Harmony from Humboldt County play at 4 and we play at 5. Big huge thanks to ILLUMINATE + San Francisco Recreation and Park Department for supporting live music and glorious public spaces. Roll by & check it out. This is my first time playing with a band since first term Obama. Really looking forward to it. We even rehearsed once!

Saw this over on Threads and have to ask is anyone else a little bit outraged by item number 4 on this list? Just a month ago a 4yo was killed in a crosswalk in SOMA. Unbelievable.

meanwhile after they pulled ahead of me I watched them roll through a few stop signs themselves. Its the west side of San Francisco - does anyone stop? The answer is no
Yelled at by passenger of a large truck for rolling through stops going uphill on Vicente this am. I catch up with them at the light (as one does) and started to explain why its statistically safer for me to be in the intersection for as little time as possible etc but they kept yelling about how I have brake levers - didn't want to have a conversation. I wish I had a small info card to pass to them so they can understand my point of view as one who commutes via bicycle.
Hi we have clean air at the park but today we are using it to save 5 minutes driving to the big target sorry.
Could take the van… but I’d rather take the bike.
