@nightdream I fervently wish the driver’s responsible for the garbage pick up from the homes of the Justices had the discretion to determine whether the contents of their curbside bins actually met the definition of garbage before picking it up.

@jeffjarvis until someone comes up with a building design, companion technology, and manpower etc., to enable the predatory inmates to have their social time and not pose a threat to staff /inmates, it sounds like it would have been irresponsible for the mayor to have acted to otherwise.

@onlmaps Congress defined a mass shooting as one with 3 or more victims. I don’t always agree with Congress, but I think 3 should be the number. Is it the NRA that thinks it should be 4, or 5 or 10?
