Pretty certain that Trader Joe’s customers understand that there is a correlation between respect/concern for employees and respect/concern for customers.
Their argument that employees do not have the ability to engage in collective bargaining if they choose to do so, tells me that they will always put profit above people to the detriment of the workers and consumer. I prefer my chocolate bars without lead.
