Su ogni smartphone si pagano già oggi oltre 6 euro alla SIAE come compenso per copia privata. Un diritto che praticamente, nell'era dello streaming, nessuno esercita più, soprattutto sullo smartphone. E ora gli "aventi diritto" pretenderebbero anche un ulteriore aumento e l'assoggettamento non solo degli smartphone nuovi ma anche dei ricondizionati.
