Bing's chat is not _just_ #GPT-4. I asked GPT-4 "Who originated the phrase that I'll paraphrase as "AI is just what we don't know how to program yet" and it incorrectly said Hofstadter. #Bing apparently searched for the exact phrasing, equivocated on it's correct answer Tessler.
