Lernt euch kennen. Versteht, was ihr braucht und möchtet. Und dann formt euch ein Leben um diese Dinge herum - und vernachlässigt das, was euch nicht so wichtig ist, selbst wenn die Gesellschaft sagt, dass das so sein muss.

Versucht nicht dauernd, die Erwartungen von anderen zu erfüllen, die vielleicht gar nicht verstehen, wie ihr funktioniert. Spart eure Energie für das Wesentliche.
