#ADHD folks, how do you organize your meticulous advanced planning for things so as not to forget all your hard work before the next time you sit down to plan?
Specific example of this very broad issue: we’re going camping for 4 days. I want to plan our meals and make grocery lists but making a list in Notepad on my phone is Too Much and I don’t have time to hyperfocus on doing the whole planning at once.
