The reason people even know who maduro is comes from a constant water hose of mind altering propaganda that seeks to equate him with bad news, using descriptions such as "tyrant", "despot" and "dictator" so that when his nation is finally attacked, some might cheer at it, or at very least meet the news with indiference. When he is replaced by a CIA agent taught how to sell his country, thats when people will finally forget who is in charge of venezuela.
