Design documentation progression for indie developers:
1. Random text file.
2. Semi-useful GDD.

@dancounsell It's great, but it has two issues that almost make me want to make something like that on my own 😬

- it's VERY slow for some reason, I can just feel the lag and it's the simplest text editor possible!

-unformatted text is not really unformatted, it tried to enter Markdown if I copy something from the web, or enters some extra formatting 🤷‍♂️ Not great for code for example

@stroughtonsmith Apple headset in the form that is rumored right now will be a very niche product, nowhere near iOS (or probably even a Mac). At least for now.

For sure there'll be some initial push and excitement (like with tvOS) - but I highly doubt it'll last.

@gruber wrote a nice summary of a very long article (worth reading!) why AR/VR won't be a next great "massive" thing, and I agree 100%

I believe Apple must have answers to the question of why we will want to buy it, carry it, and use it in addition to and alongside all the devices we already buy, carry, and use. Why else bring it to market? But damned if I can imagine those answers.

@rileytestut SwoftUI previews (despite getting some stability and performance improvements over the years) are still basically unusable besides small projects 🤷‍♂️

And I don't think it can be easily fixed. Swift compiler is excruciatingly slow, simulators on which previews are based, are also slow and huge memory hog.

It simply can't run fast with current architecture 🤔🤷‍♂️

@simonbs I've no doubts about that, speakers in my iMac 5K from 2017 were superb as well! I was more referring to lack of speakers quality in non-Apple displays 😅

@simonbs I'm constantly baffled why so small amount of monitors integrates cameras (and at least acceptable quality speakers) in them 🤷‍♂️ Even very expensive one's does not so that.
