This ( EGO ) is exactly what caused Indian Left to loose it's footprint ( Even shadow ) in Indian politics. Their fall started in year 1964 and reached close to completion in the year 2014.
They are split into multiple groups namely ML ( Marxist-Leninist ) and Peoples Front & other with ideological differences. ( if I can call it Ego of every group trying to prove, they are right ) This can be called a ROADMAP for their own destruction decades back.
