I burned out. 💀
It's a difficult thing to admit but compounding chronic burnout is something so many of us face every day and don't deal with head on. Usually we see the consequences after it's too late. I'm so thankful for those around me who pointed it out and helped me escape from the tunnel vision that has been blinding me!
After taking a bit of time away from work, I've realized how much I've been stretching myself thin and how much I have overcomplicated both my work and personal life over the years.
The outcome? I sold my house, I'm downsizing, I'm simplifying, I'm refocusing, and I'm moving to a place that brings me closer to all of the amazing outdoor adventures I once cherished.
I'm so excited for fresh perspectives. I'm eager to revitalize my physical and mental health, personal life, and career.
Just know if you're feeling this way, it's never too late for change. Take care of yourself. Simplify.
Here's to new chapters and fresh starts!
