Who wants a cassette of the noises of different mail servers?

I'm creating a mxtape.

Today we had my sister, Faye Lawson, come round to #aikido to show us some basics of #boxing. Fun to see some of the connections in body use and positioning, but also big differences. And good to learn how a boxer might move. We also practised possible aikido responses to a boxer, and learnt to rightly eat some humble pie in understanding the sheer speed and explosive movement they have.

But also nice to see we were not hopeless. Delivering a few nice surprises :)
