We did a whole course on koshi nage tonight: first an educational, then on shomen uchi, then on ryote dori, and then we did the judo equivalent, which brought back some veeery old memories ☺️
It was really nice to understand that it's the same core technique, only the details are different.

Absorbed with issues
No time to plan aiki trips
But now restarted

I am going to be running a workshop on the connections between #aikido and building a business, as part of the #ODDference business event (a prelude to this weekend's #ODDfest). It will be on Thursday at 13:00 in Helsinki, and I'll be joined by the delightful #ElisabetLahti.
