1) Beautiful afternoon at an outdoor community space for a friend’s 50th bday.
2) Art talk at #MinnesotaStreetProject.
3) #Tissier Sensei is coming to a 50-person seminar at our #Aikido dojo next month. And there were still some spots available even though I missed the start of the sign-ups! (If I am not fully cleared by the MD I will just mark that sleeve with tape and train anyway. He hasn’t been out this way for a while!)

Am Montag bei der #Feuerwehr übung ging es darum was wir so am Wochenende gemacht haben.
Ich war beim #Aikido -lehrgang und habe das erzählt. Allerdings konnten die Kameraden nicht viel damit anfangen.
Da habe ich einen mae ukemi im Schutzanzug auf dem Kachelboden gemacht und gleich wieder in den Kamai
Das hat dann Eindruck auf die Kameraden gemacht. Die wollten es gleich nochmal sehen.
Nun man soll es bei solchen Kunststücken nicht übertreiben.

1) Head of the #Aikido dojo reached out to see about my recovery and if I’m coming back soon. It was just nice to hear from him. I totally disconnected for a bit. (Surgeon follow up in less than 2 weeks!)
2) Visit to one of the smaller hospitals I support was nice. Family feel - in a good way.
3) It’s just over 45 days until vacation, but it’s still nice to look forward to it.

For testing out, I created a #Matrix room for chatting about #aikido and #aikijujutsu. If you’re on or interested in Matrix, you should find it as #aiki:matrix.org (I believe, I’m still exploring).

Of course I’m also on a similar channel on the Martial Arts Alliance #Discord server (with channels on many #martialArts). The aiki channel there is pretty active.
