Lyhyt lainaus TM:n uuden BMW ix3 50 koeajojutusta: "... Akkurakennetta ei virallisesti voi korjata, vaihtaa kylläkin.". Eli taas yli 70k€ sähköauto, jonka tärkeimmän osan korjaaminen on tehty joko mahdottomaksi tai ainakin todella vaikeaksi. Mahtaako moottorien ja voimansiirron puolella olla samanlaisia älynväläyksiä (lue: jäähdytysnestevuotojen havaitseminen, voimansiirron öljyjen vaihto). Sähköautojen huoltovapaus on myytti josta pitäisi päästä nopeasti eroon.
