I just spent a great hour with the Knowledge Equity Network team and guests where the topics of reward and recognition and building a culture of collaboration in higher education were explored and discussed. Reflecting on how deeply grateful I am that I know @greeneterry and can talk with him and share ideas about the craziest schemes. He is a wonderful colleague and friend and a gem in the Canadian educator world.
