A Faculty of #SocialWork research funding proposal written entirely in nêhiyawewin, the Cree language, has been approved for funding by the #SocialSciences and #Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) to demonstrate their commitment to supporting #Indigenous languages in government-funded opportunities.
