#Musk has manipulated
#stock exchanges to allow SpaceX to enter major indices without the grace period normally needed, and will be selling a much lower percentage of stocks than is normal.
This has two consequences, both intended to inflate his gains. Low supply will push up prices while allowing him to keep control and artificially inflating market cap. This along with waiving the grace period means SpaceX is likely to enter into a major stock
#index shortly after IPO.
For you this means, your index fund and/or
#retirement fund may be forced to invest into the company despite a bad prospect and
#inflated price.
You will essentially be forced to subsidize a billionaire with a twitchy right arm.
Make sure your
#investment funds and retirement funds do not give your hard-earned money to a man whose only defense against being called a
