In corporate advisories, you don't say "I love you." You say "We take our users privacy seriously," which means "we were storing your social security number in plaintext." I think that's beautiful.

noreply@ email addresses that bounce replies should be shamed. Put an inbox on the end of it, drop the paternalistic "we talk, you listen." framing, and get 1million replies of juicy information to learn what ails your customers. "But who's gonna read--" GET AN AI TO SUM IT UP THEN YOU LARPERS! Keep the "noreply@" name to free people from the expectation that their reply will be replied to, though - "Uuh, synergies!" - and if you start AI replying to them instead, I'll scream.
