I love the sport but don't have the constitution for more than 3 training sessions per week. Two of them are blocked for mobility training to catch up to the 20somethings in my course.
Also I need be a week of pause every 3-4 month to regain strengh. My doctor says it's normal. Apparently not everybody can train 4-5 times a week. 😢
This leaves no real room for practice.
Because of that frustration I sometimes don't really want to go. Once we start, I like it though. 😊
I had a great time at the #WICMP #WICMP11 over the weekend. The #poledancing workshop went by so quickly. I even had to come up with additional beginner tricks for the participants to try as they kept doing things on their first or second attempt. ☺️
On the next day we switched to freestyle pole while the DJ was doing their thing. No wotkshop this time as it was way too loud. Totally forgot to take some photos of myself (like most of the time).

Meine Vermutung: Eilmeldungen sind bestimmt der Workaround dazu.

@3psboyd Unfortunately in my extended circle there is two reactions:
a) People know they might look at an AI generated picture but don't want to check and simply accept the false positives as collateral damage. They don't care.
b) People don't accept anything as true even obviously not AI generated content. Everything ist fake and instead they retreat into their own reality.
It's one of the extremes.
