What is a beginner move? I personally consider any POSA or IPSF code of points move of 0.1-0.2 as definitely beginner move. Not easy, but definitely beginner. That includes #pdinvert as it is only a 0.1 move. And all studios I've regularly been to have invert training in the beginner classes.

Hey! It's another alphabet challenge. This time floor K (for K of course🤗).

I mainly took this picture to see if my split is fully flat, but I think it's just shy of 180°. So I will just give it up as 160° to increase the chance of getting the points for it. Usually that is my strategy, do some easier things but execute them well✨.

Finally, good enough weather to try the new outdoor pole. It was already installed in October-November 2025 but it was already too cold then.

Gestern wieder den Technik-Kurs besucht und die Trainering hat richtig coole Sachen mit uns gemacht! Leider hab ich nur zwei davon aufgenommen - und das auch nicht optimal... Naja, müsst ihr euch halt vorstellen, die Perspektive wäre besser oder mein Krempel im Hintergrund wäre nicht da 😂
