@ryanrappaport @Dramagirl The #digitaltheatre production I directed could be replicable, with different director / team / production management. It was specifically written for the digital format and the sky's the limit on how one might produce it.

Today is Native Women's Equal Pay Day. In the US, the pay gap between white women and Black and brown women, is *greater* than the pay gap between white women and white men. There's a sleight of hand that often happens: when we talk about pay gaps, we talk about all women (to maximise the perceived gap), but the remedies usually benefit white women (because racism).
We could close more of the pay gap by addressing racism
