Auschwitz Memorial21 December 1944 | A Hungarian Jewish girl, Angela Orosz Richt, was born in Auschwitz II-Birkenau.
Her mother was deported from Hungary when she was 3-month pregnant. She risked her life in the camp to keep the pregnancy secret.
Angela was liberated on 27 January 1945.
Today she lives in Canada & turns 78.
