In 2018 I started a new medication to help treat my post-trauma chaotic inner world… as a result, I gained over 50 lbs in a single month

It has taken me a long time to be able to say this — but here, in this image, I feel absolutely beautiful

All of my biggest insecurities are on display here — stretch marked thighs, round tummy, chubby cheeks and chin. Even my least favorite tattoo is the only one visible

It’s taken a lot of work. But I truly am relearning to love myself <3
