@Cynthia Maybe you could try to keep the user support as mostly email or DM based at first and then move to phone if necessary. I used to talk on the phone all the time but the older I get the less I like it. And at work, I donβt mind talking to company support but donβt like talking to clients. π€

From one of my trips to tropical Queensland.
Palm Cove is located in Far North Tropical Queensland, and is about 30 mins drive north of Cairns. It's really beautiful and very laid back, with palm trees on the beach.
You have the best of both worlds here, being close to both the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Forest. The Daintree Forest is 135 million years old, making it the oldest rainforest in the world.
It is over 1,200 sq kms and is home to many animal and plant species not found anywhere else in the world.

Miss Molly the Staffordshire Bull terrier. We rescued her as a pub after her leg was amputated due to getting stuck in a chicken wire fence. Her owners didnt want her after that.
