Following Elsevier's decision to raise the article processing charge for NeuroImage to $3,450, all editors (inc. chief editors) from NeuroImage and NeuroImage:Reports have resigned, effective immediately.

I keep seeing people say Mastodon is nothing like Twitter. And they’re right.
Mastodon is an echo of the old internet, it’s decentralised, chaotic. What you get depends on your sysadmin. You can’t search, everything has to be shared to you by a human. Networks split apart and rejoin. What you see is your unique connection to it.
Is this good? Maybe. But for me that’s the internet I grew up with. No algorithms, no targeted adverts, just human interaction, and it was glorious.
Never forget that when #Seoul, Korea removed the #Cheonggyecheon expressway in 2003 and replaced it with a restored stream and a 1000 acre park in the city’s centre, not only did it completely transform the city’s public life & economic success, but when combined with public transit improvements, the vehicle traffic congestion actually got better.
The traffic got BETTER!
