🚨 BREAKING 🚨

The UK Information Commissioner's Office and Ofcom are pushing for tech companies to strengthen age checks.

It's disastrous that the ICO wants to somehow 'protect children’s data' by compelling 13-18 year olds to use poorly regulated digital identification products that could put their biometric data at risk.

Business Reform did a video on HB 945, the Florida bill that would allow the state to surveil anyone they disagree with. He goes into two of companies associated with this bill, one of which is the mercenary spyware company Cellebrite.

Good video! Share around!

HB 945 may still be passed this legislative session, which ends this weekend. Please call your FL lawmakers and tell them you oppose this bill!

Florida’s New “Thought Police” Bill Is Real (HB 945)

As of right now, none of the bills we have been tracking have moved forward. We have one more week to go before the regular legislative sessions ends on March 13.

Sucks for the good right to repair bills that we liked, but good for the bad identity verification bills that we oppose!

As of now the focus is opposing HB 1471 and HB 945 which allow the state to deem any organization a domestic terrorist organization and then gives themselves the right to surveil parties without having committed a crime.

Only a little more to go.
