I just backed up my hard drive. I have two external drives which I use alternately, in case one dies.

BUT I bought the drives at my local computer store. I support smaller businesses over multinational giants whenever I can.

I managed to write a new song yesterday for 2HTS, a weekly event/compo to make songs in 2 hours.

Once again it's not technically great, but I'm happy because it's a rough but cool concept with potential to later develop into an actual full song.

I don't know how to define this, but someone mentioned "shoegaze vibes" and that was interesting, since it's not a genre I was thinking of at all.

I recently discovered Allison Graves on Bandcamp and her new album “parhelion” is releasing on 20 March. I love the folk guitar and singer-songwriter feel in her two pre-released songs. The soft guitar perfectly complements her beautiful voice. Absolutely worth listening to.
