I've been more than a year on Mastodon but I don't think I've made an #unrealengine post yet... so here's some #techart from my game. 100% unlit and untextured, powered by Pivot Painter 2 and 3D noise by Kristof Lovas.

My 3D interpretation of the #mastodon mascot (originally illustrated by @dopatwo). I don't care what anyone says, I'm calling her Tootsie! πŸ˜„ 🎺 🐘 🌈

Finally had time to test the new Eye of the Beholder port for the #c64 and it plays just as well as the original! Such an impressive accomplishment to get something made for 256 colors and 33mhz to run at 1mhz, 1/10th the memory and I'm not sure how many colors they managed to squeeze out of the system! Also, at least one team member is from Sweden, so yay! πŸ’™ πŸ’› πŸ’™ #crpg #retrogaming

Ebony and ivory living together in perfect harmony. My #MisterFPGA build is finally finished! 🀩

I want to add that the #RetroGaming and #RetroComputing community’s software have always been very impressive but now with community created hardware it's just an amazing time! πŸ’– The amount of technological gardening that is being done is just beautiful to behold!

It's alive! Felt a bit hairy to hook up 850W to something that only needs 9W but power was the issue, despite me getting components from German brands on both the PSU and power brick (still made in China, though). Ordered a new set from a company located in the Netherlands now (of course sadly not manufactured there)...
Well, as with most #retrocomputing projects, there's a bit of tinkering... couldn't get the new hardware to fully work so double checking that each separate component works... no fancy edited photos this time. πŸ˜…
Finally got all parts for my next hobby project! A #misterfpga upgrade using the Ironclad from D3fmod and a familiar looking case from Myretrocomputer... 😎
Since @DavidBFox joined I went for a history refresh... πŸ˜„ great work by the late Rob Smith, but I wouldn't mind reading an entire book on just Rescue of Fractalus! Don't think I saw more impressive 3D until we got a 486 years later... πŸ’– #atari
They arrived early! I had zero expectations, so I think they ended up looking pretty good... #ultima
While on the topic, never seen the cloth maps of Ultima IV side by side before. Left is from the original release, with a soft material and print. Right is from any subsequent release, with a more "cartoon" looking print and very thin material... #crpg
