"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them."

Answering unknown number calls on my cell phone like a receptionist really confuses scammers.

"Good afternoon, thanks for calling!"

"Hello."

"Hi, who's calling please?"

"This is Experian Security Services calling to discuss an urgent issue with your account."

"Who are you trying to reach?"

"I am looking to talk to the owner of this phone number."

"I'm sorry, I'll need a name to help you."

30 seconds of silence.

Call hangs up.

I have exactly ONE slot left for a first-time submitter for this week's Other People's Music! If you've never submitted anything but wanted to, this is a great opportunity!

Planning a really fun stream this Wednesday on transforming drum loops with effects!

EDIT: Here's the teaser image! Stream starts in one hour (12:30 PDT Pacific/Los Angeles, Wednesday, April 1)

Its a question worth asking, how many phone numbers can you call off the top of your head without using the contact info off your cell phone? #doyouremember

My guitar practice routine that actually stuck:

1. 5 min warmup (chromatic runs)
2. 10 min chord transitions
3. 15 min learning a new song
4. 5 min noodling/improvising

35 minutes, every day. Consistency > marathon sessions.
