Finally I decided to get a Mecha Comet Linux Handheld.
Even without mobile connectivity* I think is the best Linux phone you can get.
It doesn't rely on Android, and they attempt to keep it as open as possible.
(*may be possible to add LTE/5G modem latter)
New year, new OS for my old phone.
Its a Motorola G 2015 (osprey), with Plasma Mobile.
Lots of visual glitches, will need a different window manager.
