What's the difference between a 501(c)3 and a 501(c)4? 🤔 All nonprofits can be engaged in some kinds of advocacy! This insightful conversation with Kat Rohn of Out Front Minnesota dives into the two entities (and the donor experience). We are posting this placard at all of our offices and asking our union contract farms to post as well.

We encourage our friends to put up similar placards at their business as immigration agents do not have the right to go on private property without permission.

NEW: 21 states with Dem AGs plus 1 Dem governor file an amicus brief in support of California's lawsuit against the Trump admin for deploying the National Guard to LA. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
@heidilifeldman
I hope all these states file in support of CA.
This should be on TV every day, possibly multiple times per day…. #AI

@ianbremmer

🤣
I love your sense of humor!

@ufwupdates

I love this. I really do. And if I owned a business, I'd plaster these all over the place. #UFW

But this warning only works when and where the law matters. And that is not now, and it's not the US.

@ufwupdates I think you might have two typos in the third bullet point:
emplovees s/b employees
authorify s/b authority
@zenmaster Also in the bottom left it says U.$. Constitution

@renardboy @zenmaster

Well, that's not entirely wrong 😆

@ufwupdates great idea, but so is spell checking
@ufwupdates and what will they actually do if somebody will indeed trespass?
@ufwupdates Probably should spell check it first....."emplovees" on the third item....
@ufwupdates Of course, they'll claim probable cause, as in 'it's probable there is someone here we want to kidnap and you're not letting us'.

@ufwupdates

needs a 'TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT' line

@Sassinake @ufwupdates and folly with "Survivors will be prosecuted".
@ufwupdates Needs quite a bit of cleaning up. Also I'd change the 'No's to 'Stop's, but that's me.
@ufwupdates also ‘U $ Constitution’
@ufwupdates
I'd do a spell check and also add something like: "Masked trespassers refusing to identify themselves when challenged will be presumed to be of criminal intent and appropriate measures shall be taken."
@Stevenheywood @ufwupdates I'm not sure about the legal aspects (as I'm not in the USA) but it seems like the lack of uniform and identification is likely to be a good defence for someone who shoots one of them.
@ufwupdates I'm about to print this and hang it in my front window
