"Apps not registered by September 2026 WILL NO LONGER BE INSTALLABLE ON CERTIFIED ANDROID DEVICES in select countries."

Day 4. A response, finally. The usual clown message: Review failed. Well, the "clown message" is the one in the attached graphic: They don't know themselves. Something something link, but they don't know which. Or, in other words: "These URLs host malware or unwanted software downloads: None". 🤦♂️
If that's how reliable their services are, maybe they should NOT hold the keys to the entire Internet (and app stores)? 🤔

Paste the labels on the *inside* of the box. They don't strip off, never get lost.
Google has news on what you will need to do for still being able to sideload apps:
* enable developer options
* confirm that you are not tricked
* restart phone and re-authenticate
* wait one day
* confirm with biometrics that you know what you are doing
* decide if you only want unrestricted installs for 1 week or forever
* confirm that you accept the risks
* enjoy the few apps that still have developers motivated to develop for a user-base willing to put up with this

May has actually been using her stack of laptops and learning that “legacy” distros make more sense, the Firefox flatpak performs better than other packages, Linux Mint is a fine distro, Linux has the best calculators, and GNOME’s scaling is really good now.
